Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must also be in its original packaging.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns regarding a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Order Cancellation
Cancellation Before Shipment:
Please note: If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed due to personal reasons, a 5% transaction processing fee will be charged. The remaining 95% will be refunded to your account within one week.
・Note: Custom products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Cancellation After Shipment:
Unfortunately, due to international logistics restrictions, we are unable to cancel orders that have already been shipped.
For order cancellation requests, please contact us via email rather than through private messages on social media. Thank you for your understanding.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you currently have; once the return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As with the requirements above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. ・ If the outer packaging of the product you receive is damaged—rendering the purchased item unusable—please contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the courier company and, in accordance with your preference, issue a refund or arrange for a replacement shipment.
・ If the product packaging you receive shows no obvious signs of damage, yet the item itself suffers from serious quality defects that prompt you to request a return, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
・ If you are dissatisfied with the product you received—even though the item itself is free of defects—and still wish to return it, the cost of return shipping must typically be borne by the customer.

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you and inform you whether your refund request has been approved.
